Exchange and Return Policy

Posh Baby Shop gladly allow exchanges of all our regular priced products within 7 days of receipt for Singapore customers and 14 days for overseas customers.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any request for returns or refunds.

Customers are strongly advised to send an email to ivy@poshbaby.sg prior to posting the item back to us for exchange. This is to ensure that customer service officer is aware of your incoming parcel. Upon receipt of your items, your officer will inspect the return item and send out the replacement together with a delivery email notification to you

Terms & Conditions:

  • Promotional and discounted price items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • In cases when the replacement or replacement items are of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will have to pay the difference.
  • Items must be returned in their Original Packaging (Box or plastic packaging) and in a resell able condition.
  • Delivery / shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Exchange item should be sent to us at Customer’s own cost.
  • Customers will have to bear all the delivery charges of re-sending the exchanged product to them.

We also regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or items damaged on the way back for an exchange.

Customers are advised to pack the items properly to ensure that items would not be damage in transit or use registered mail if sending via normal post.

Cancellation:

We do not allow any cancellation of orders.

Warranties:

For all defects covered under the warranty period, customers can contact us via email to sales@poshbaby.sg with a the invoice number ,pictures or videos of the defects items and the product batch number.

In the event an item under warranty cannot be repaired, a used but functioning item may be offered as a replacement.
